Featuring in their line-up two former Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force members, Jeff Scott Soto on vocals and Marcel Jacob on bass, they have contributed in the creation of a classic sound that nowadays stand as a synonym for the term 'melodic hard rock'.
 
During the years the band has released seven successful studio albums and two live cds, while Soto and Jacob have collaborated in 2 different studio projects Human Clay and Humanimal.
 

"The idea of this live CD/DVD got started by a simple request from Luk De Roover the Lokerse Feesten promoter", says bass player Marcel Jacob, "to come do a concert at the festival, where the added incentive was we would receive a beta of the show. Along the way to Lokeren things got added to the big plan - other shows, old videos, bits and pieces from the past and present - making it a sort of documentary in brief of the 15 years or so the band has existed". 

 

Two complete shows (Mondo Club, Stockholm and Sweden Rock Festival, Solvesborg) recorded in the 2003 tour in support of the last studio album "Cats and Dogs" bless the CD version of the latest CD / DVD package from Frontiers Records. A complete perspective on the Talisman career with - for the first time - the twin guitar attack featuring Fredrik Akesson and Howie Simon. Absolutely unmissable musical entertainment !
