This record titled Best Of unfortunately it could, possibly, be the last Talisman release.
 
Yet another Jeff Scott Soto project (but not actually started by Soto), Talisman was a diverse AOR/hardrock band; from soulful ballads to heavy hitters with loads of melody. This collection features 2 demo tracks, "Day By Day" & "Lightning Strikes", with original vocalist Goran Edman who left Soto a respectful duty to fulfill.

There are also 3 demos, "Coming Home", "Time After Time", & "Give Me A Sign", that feature Saigon Kick's Jason Bieler on guitar.
 
Also there is the single version of "Mysterious (This Time It's Serious)", and unreleased mixes of "Soul 2 Soul", "Tears In The Sky", a cover of Seal's "Crazy", & "Body".
 
So there is plenty here for the Talisman fan to buy this CD for. Their first single, the one that surprised Euro-charts, "I'll Be Waiting" is enough to please any hardrock fan. Every other song is classic material spanning the past 8 years of Talisman and showcasing one fantastic line-up of musicians.
 
If you've never picked up a Talisman CD before, definitely get this; then after you hear it, you probably will want the other 5 Talisman releases!
